Role Description

The After‑Sales Service Leader will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring business profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a technical background.

Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and timely service assistance.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance and effectiveness of the after‑sales service.

- Ensure the profitability of the after‑sales service business by managing costs and optimizing resources.

- Provide technical support and guidance to the team.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Handle customer complaints and issues.





- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.

- Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team of technicians.

- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth technical knowledge of industrial machinery to provide accurate guidance and support.

- Problem‑Solving: Exhibit excellent problem‑solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues promptly.

- Customer Focus: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

- Spanish native and Fluent English.

- Experience in using Service Max or other CRM tools.
