Are you a native or bilingual Dutch speaker with a passion for sales? Join an international company in Madrid and manage the full sales cycle in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

-

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

- Conduct client meetings and manage free trial processes.

- Handle a high volume of outbound sales activities.

- Work with system-assigned leads.

- Achieve sales KPIs and contribute to business growth.

- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

- €30,000 gross annual base salary

Working Schedule

- Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00

- Friday: 09:00–15:00

Requirements

-

- Native or bilingual Dutch

- Must already reside in Spain

- 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or call center)

- Comfortable with cold calling

- KPI-driven mindset

- Availability aligned with the US schedule
