This is a hybrid Front-End / UX‑UI role , sitting at the intersection of engineering, product, and design . The position plays a key role in shaping how users interact with complex functionality, ensuring that technical solutions translate into simple, effective user experiences. Design and build modern, user-centric interfaces for a web-based financial platform using React and contemporary front-end technologies. Actively contribute to UX/UI decisions , ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual coherence across the product. Work closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to convert complex business and data requirements into intuitive user journeys. Bridge the gap between design intent and technical implementation ,



maintaining high quality in both code and user experience. Collaborate with backend and data teams to integrate APIs and live data sources into seamless front-end experiences. Front-End Engineering Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript , and modern front-end development practices. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS , responsive layouts, and performance optimization. Experience integrating external services, APIs, and dynamic data into web applications. Familiarity with collaborative development workflows, version control, and CI/CD environments. UX / UI Focus Proven experience working in product-driven, UX-focused environments . Ability to critically evaluate UX decisions and propose improvements grounded in real user behavior. Experience working on complex or data-heavy digital products , ideally within regulated or professional services environments (e.g., Prior exposure to fintech, banking technology, or professional tools is a plus, but not mandatory. xcskxlj Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or analytics interfaces .
