- Minimum 5 years in leadership roles within commercial real estate, capital markets, or related fields
- Proven track record in people management, team development and performance leadership
- Strong network in Spain's institutional investment community
- Deep knowledge of office capital markets, investment strategies and transactions
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
