At Oxford Global Resources, we are currently recruiting a Senior Brand Manager with solid experience in pharmaceutical environments for a pharmaceutical client in Barcelona. This is an 8‑month project to cover a leave.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global product strategy, marketing, and branding for key Cetaphil ranges.
- Develop integrated 360° global activation toolboxes for product and commercial innovations.
- Drive cross‑functional global teams throughout all product development phases.
- Partner with key markets, scientific teams, and commercial teams to deliver strong global toolboxes and claims.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and governance with strong ownership.
Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience in general or regional Brand/Product roles within skincare, beauty, pharma.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence in a global matrix environment.
- Proven experience in product innovation, brand building, and digital‑first marketing.
- Science‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills, growth mindset, and passion for skincare and science.
