What impact you will have

As Senior IT Support, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Submer’s general IT operations. Working closely with the IT Manager and guiding a small team, you’ll ensure smooth IT Support & HelpDesk services for all employees. You’ll also contribute to strategic IT initiatives across Networking, Datacenter, Audiovisuals, Cloud Services, and Modern Workplace.

What you’ll do

- Lead L1 and L2 support for global IT operations (primarily Barcelona-based).
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for advanced (L3) support.
- Oversee inventory, ticketing systems,



processes, and documentation.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, identities, AD, access control, permissions.
- Oversee IT assets and maintenance (office, factory, datacenter).
- Drive the rollout of the Modern Workplace (Intune, Defender, Entra ID).

What you’ll need

- 5+ years in IT Support / IT Operations / HelpDesk roles.
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile endpoints.
- Hands‑on expertise in Networking and Security.
- Solid knowledge of the O365 / Azure ecosystem.
- Good English (training provided internally).
