Experteer Overview
As Cybersecurity Architect you design and enshrine the data security strategy to protect sensitive data across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You’ll align policies with GDPR, ISO, and NIST while collaborating with IT, compliance, and security teams to enable secure cross-border data flows and third-party integrations. Based in Madrid with a hybrid model, you’ll shape Zero Trust data protection and data segmentation, driving secure transformations in a global family business.

• Design and deploy data security architectures using encryption, PKI, DLP, and access control
• Define data security frameworks for on-premise, cloud, hybrid environments, and SaaS applications
• Oversee selection and deployment of encryption, tokenization, and data masking tools
• Develop Zero Trust data security models and data segmentation policies
• Implement security controls for big data, AI/ML models, and IoT environments
• Define data classification and security policies aligned with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST and other regulations




• Define security models for cross-border data transfers and third-party integrations
• Collaborate with IT, Data Governance, and DPO teams

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, preferably in Data Security Architecture
• Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or Computer Science; Master preferred
• CISSP, GIAC, TOGAF and cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
• English must; German and French are a plus
• Understanding of AI/ML data protection and API security
• Experience designing data security for cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust and data-centric security models
• Deep expertise in data security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
