creative Content Creator

to join our team in an

in-house position based in Madrid

The adecuado candidate is visually driven and comfortable producing high-quality content in a creative and fast-paced environment, working closely with the communications team.

Key Responsibilities Create and produce visual content for the Norman Foster Foundation’s social media platforms Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for digital and social channels Produce professional photographic content to support social media and digital communications Develop short-form video content tailored to social media formats Collaborate with the communications and marketing team on content planning and execution Manage post-production workflows, including editing, color correction,



and formatting Ensure visual consistency and strong storytelling across all content Requirements Proven experience in content creation Strong skills in videography, including shooting and editing Solid experience in photography for digital and social media use Excellent understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends High proficiency in video and photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.) Ability to work in-house and collaborate closely with a creative team Strong visual sensitivity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability Fluency in English Availability to start immediately
