Why This Role?Join a fast-growing company.This is not just another HR role—this is your opportunity to lead an HR transformation.As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will work directly with the HR Director, shaping and executing cutting-edge HR strategies that drive organizational success and long-term impact.What You’ll DoEmployee RelationsLead the company’s employee relations strategy in Spain.Manage relationships with employee representatives and works councils.Participate in collective bargaining negotiations, labor agreements,
and conflict resolution processes.Advise management on employment law matters and ensure regulatory compliance.Coordinate disciplinary procedures, individual and collective disputes, as well as mediation processes and labor inspections.Manage relationships with external legal advisors and labor law firms.HR Business Partner FunctionAct as a partner to business and operations teams in decision-making related to people and organizational matters.Partner in organizational talent management, and workforce planning efforts.Support organizational change and cultural transformation processes.Analyze HR metrics and propose action plans aimed at improving performance and employee engagement.Drive HR ProjectsLead impactful HR initiatives and partner with business units on key projects that foster growth and development.What You Bring:University degree, preferably in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.Extensive experience (10+ years) in HR positions within industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environments is preferred.Proven experience negotiating with works councils and trade union organizations. Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.Ability to combine a strategic mindset with a strong hands-on operational approach.Experience acting as an HR Business Partner or in generalist HR roles with business responsibility.High level of English to interact effectively in international environments.
