- End-to-end Email and Contact Centre Campaign Briefs to Execution across EMEA.

- End-to-end Email and Contact Centre Campaign Briefs to Execution across EMEA. Campaign reporting.
- Assisting CRM Lead in development of Quarterly and Annual Strategy Planning.
- Working alongside design Team to source images and ensure creative follows industry best practice and fits the requirements of the brief.
- Develop a robust Test & Learn strategy to gain vital customer insight that enables the channel to continually develop and evolve. xcskxlj
- Liaise with Store Team to ensure all campaigns fit the Store’s Commercial Objectives
- Compiling content for Ad-hoc communications
- Identify and implement new innovations for the channel.
