Mission
Almirall is looking for a Global People Talent & Culture Trainee (Communications & Change) to join the Global Talent & Culture Strategy team and contribute to initiatives that shape and enable our People & Culture strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of Talent & Culture initiatives, with a strong focus on people communications, change management, employee engagement and employer branding.



This role will provide exposure to how strategic People & Culture priorities are translated into impactful communication and change experiences for our people, within a dynamic, global environment.

What You’ll Do
You will collaborate across the People & Culture department and contribute to impactful initiatives, including:
- Support integral Talent & Culture strategic initiatives: Contribute to projects across the Talent & Culture Strategy team.
- Support communications and change management projects: Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of campaigns and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with different P&C; areas and other areas of the company to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Coordinate with external partners: Help manage relationships with agencies and suppliers.
- Editorial calendar management: Participate in scheduling and content coordination.
- Measure impact: Track activities and prepare reports to evaluate
