What You Will Do

Team Leadership:

Strategically steer a high-performing user experience organization, directly managing 6 expert product designers and a Design Manager who oversees the integral design system to cultivate a culture of continuous development and high-impact execution.

Attract and elevate elite design talent across the broader Vista UX community,



championing a progressive performance management framework that aligns career growth with enterprise milestones.

Design Craft and Quality:

Uphold exceptional design craft and visual standards across a global, multi-tenant digital ecosystem, introducing innovative, metrics-driven practices that elevate our design culture in a matrixed environment.

Operationalize comprehensive sub-functional strategies across six core foundational domains—including our Design System, Merchandising, My Account, and Ordering Experience—ensuring seamless cross-organizational scalability and transactional stability.

Partner closely with Content Design, UX Research, and Data teams to ensure a deeply holistic, end-to-end customer journey.

Lead High-Impact Strategic Problem Solving:
