ppAt Sage, we're looking for an experienced Employee Labour Relations Manager to play a key role in supporting organisational change, employee consultation and labour relations activities across Spain and Portugal. This is an opportunity to work at the centre of business transformation, partnering with People teams, Legal colleagues, business leaders and employee representatives to help deliver change effectively, responsibly and in line with local requirements. /p pYou’ll bring expertise in labour relations and employee representative engagement, helping to navigate complex consultation processes while building trusted relationships across the business. If you enjoy balancing operational delivery with stakeholder management in a multinational environment, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3Overview of the Team /h3 pThe Integral Employee Labour Relations team supports Sage's approach to employee and labour relations across Europe. The team works in partnership with People teams, Legal partners, business leaders and employee representative bodies to ensure consultation activities are delivered effectively and in accordance with local legal requirements. /p pAs Sage continues to evolve and transform, the team plays a vital role in enabling organisational change, supporting employee representation frameworks and ensuring constructive engagement with works councils and employee representatives across multiple countries. /p h3Office Location /h3 pBarcelona, Spain /p pHybrid Working - 3 days per week in our Barcelona office and 2 days from home. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing; /h3 h3Works Council Employee Representative Engagement /h3 ul liManage relationships with works councils, employee representatives and union representatives across Spain and Portugal. /li liSupport consultation and information processes in line with local requirements. /li liPrepare consultation materials and coordinate consultation activities. /li liHelp ensure employee representative forums operate effectively and professionally. /li /ul h3Transformation Organisational Change /h3 ul liSupport organisational change programmes, restructures and transformation initiatives requiring employee consultation. /li liCoordinate consultation plans, timelines and key deliverables. /li liPartner with HR,



Legal and business leaders to embed employee relations considerations into change programmes. /li liIdentify, manage and upscale labour relations risks where appropriate. /li /ul h3Labour Relations Advice Governance /h3 ul liProvide practical guidance to HR teams and business stakeholders on labour relations matters. /li liSupport the interpretation and application of labour relations policies and procedures. /li liHelp resolve employee relations matters involving employee representatives or consultation requirements. /li liMaintain consultation records, governance documentation and reporting. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liBuild strong relationships with HR leaders, Legal partners and business stakeholders. /li liAct as a key point of contact for labour relations activity across allocated countries. /li liFacilitate constructive dialogue between management and employee representative groups. /li liContribute to improving labour relations processes, tools and best practices across the organisation. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For; /h3 pWe're looking for someone who combines strong employee relations expertise with excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills. /p h3You’ll bring: /h3 ul liExperience within Employee Relations, Labour Relations, HR Business Partnering or a related People function. /li liStrong knowledge of employee representation structures, consultation processes and labour relations practices. /li liExperience supporting organisational change, transformation or restructuring programmes. /li liThe ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, HR teams, Legal partners and employee representatives. /li liStrong planning, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liExperience supporting consultation activities, works councils, collective consultation processes or representative forums.



/li liA high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee-related matters. /li liExperience working within a multinational organisation and an understanding of labour relations frameworks within European markets. /li liFluency in Spanish and English.
