Infrastructure Specialist – Kyndryl

You will step into the core of enterprise technology, shaping how customers’ systems perform today and scale for tomorrow. Your role blends hands‑on delivery with strategic planning, requiring deep technical expertise, logical problem‑solving, and clear documentation.

Core Responsibilities

- Analyze, diagnose, and solve complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, and systems to identify root causes.
- Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines, and customer priorities.
- Test, refine, and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and repeatability.
- Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions.
- Design and integrate end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies.
- Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments to ensure seamless operation.
- Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors.
- Document architectures and procedures for hand‑offs, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians.
- Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with strict attention to quality and timelines.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders.




- Build customer confidence by delivering tangible, high‑impact results.
- Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems, and emerging technologies.
- Earn certifications and qualifications while applying them on real projects.
- Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles.

Required Skills and Experience
- Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
- Enterprise IT application experience.
- Hands‑on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in a public cloud environment (AWS domain).
- In‑depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, and models.
