Start your career in marketing automation:

This is more than an internship. It is an opportunity to learn Adobe Marketo Engage, gain hands-on experience on a large international Microsoft-sponsored project, and prepare for an Adobe Marketo Engage certification.

You will receive training, mentoring and real project experience while working alongside experienced marketing automation consultants.

After successfully completing your onboarding, Kapturall will support your certification preparation and cover the cost of your Adobe Marketo Engage certification exam.

Strong performers may also have the opportunity to join Kapturall in a full-time role.

What you will learn:

During the internship, you will learn to:

- Build and launch email marketing campaigns.
- Create landing pages and registration experiences.
- Set up and manage webinars and digital events.
- Manage participant communications, reminders and follow-ups.
- Work with WordPress websites and digital content.
- Support campaigns across multiple countries and languages.
- Follow quality assurance processes and marketing best practices.
- Work as part of an international marketing operations team.

No previous Marketo experience is required. We are looking for people with curiosity, discipline and a willingness to learn.

The project:

You will join the Kapturall team supporting Cloud Champion, a Microsoft-sponsored training and enablement program for Microsoft partners.

The program operates across multiple countries and languages and includes webinars, digital campaigns, websites and training content.

You will gain practical experience by supporting real marketing activities with real audiences, deadlines and measurable results.

Your responsibilities:

Working alongside experienced consultants, you will:

- Build and update Marketo email campaigns.
- Create and maintain WordPress landing pages.
- Configure webinar registrations,



confirmation emails and reminders.
- Support live webinars.
- Manage post-webinar reporting and follow-up communications.
- Update website content and campaign assets.
- Support content localisation across different markets.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time.
- Follow documented processes and suggest improvements.

As your experience grows, you will gradually take on more responsibility.

Who we are looking for:

You may be a good fit if you:

- Are in your final year of study or have recently graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
- Are eligible to undertake a curricular or extracurricular internship through your educational institution and can sign the required internship agreement.
- Are eligible to undertake an internship for at least six months.
- Are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
- Have a strong command of English.
- Are organised, detail-oriented and reliable.
- Enjoy learning new technology.
- Are comfortable following structured processes.
- Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Take initiative and look for ways to improve.

Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German or French will be considered an advantage.
