What You'll Do

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Assist passengers with bookings, changes, and travel-related queries

Provide professional and efficient customer support in German and English

Deliver excellent service while meeting performance targets

Requirements

-
German: C2 level (Native/Fluent)

-
English: C1 level

-
Previous customer service experience is a plus

-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

-
Must be currently residing in Malta (local candidates only)

EU passport or valid Malta work permit required

Note: Ex-employees are not eligible

Salary & Benefits

Hourly Rate Progression:

Month 1: €5.60/hour

Month 2: €8.10/hour

After probation: €8.50/hour

€8.75/hour (performance-based)

After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits:

Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (after 6 months)

Language Allowance: €250/month (after training)
