Employee Benefits Account Manager | The role:
As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing an existing portfolio of corporate clients.
Your mission will be to understand each client's specific needs, identify opportunities to optimize their employee benefits strategy and build long-term relationships based on trust, expertise and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management & Relationship Building
- Manage and further develop an existing portfolio of corporate clients.
- Build long-term relationships through a consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Act as the trusted advisor for CFOs, HR Directors and business leaders on all Employee Benefits matters.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing employee benefit programs and recommend tailored solutions.
Employee Benefits Consulting
- Advise clients on supplementary pension plans, death benefits, disability insurance, healthcare and employee well-being solutions.
- Develop action plans to enhance existing benefit schemes and maximize their value.
- Monitor market developments and emerging trends to proactively recommend innovative solutions.
- Support clients in making strategic decisions regarding compensation and employee benefits.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with an Employee Benefits Analyst, responsible for market research, proposal preparation, client communication and contract administration.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and external partners to identify the most suitable solutions for each client.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of new contracts and provide high-quality follow-up throughout the client relationship.
- Coordinate the various stakeholders involved to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Business Development & Expertise
- Develop an in-depth understanding of your clients' organizations, objectives and future challenges.
- Identify new opportunities to strengthen and expand existing partnerships.
- Share your expertise and market best practices with colleagues.
- Contribute actively to the continued growth and development of the Employee Benefits department.
Employee Benefits Account Manager | The profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Employee Benefits, Group Insurance, Supplementary Pensions or Corporate Life.
- Strong knowledge of supplementary pensions, death benefits, disability insurance and healthcare solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a genuine customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to quickly establish trusted relationships with CFOs, HR Directors and senior executives.
- Well-organized, autonomous and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and eager to continuously expand your expertise.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Professional proficiency in French, a good command of English and working knowledge of Dutch.
