This role is crucial in supporting and coordinating global HR processes, projects, and initiatives within Heraeus Electro-Nite. As an HR Officer within the Global HR team, you will strengthen the general learning culture, employee engagement, and the consistent implementation of HR policies across the international organization.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate global Learning & Development programs and monitor the quality of the training offering.
- Provide logistical and administrative support, including preparing workshops, managing invitations and participant communications, and maintaining the overall training calendar.
- Update and maintain information on various HR platforms, including the HEN Learning Platform (the HEN Learning Journey) and the MyHR Learning System (LMS).
- Develop and manage e-learning content in collaboration with internal experts and external partners.
- Provide general administrative support across HR functions, following up on deadlines, sending reminders, and keeping HEN HR teams informed.




- Contribute to or organize various HR projects and initiatives, including Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and others.
- Gather and write articles for publication on the internal communication channel.

Position requirements and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent through experience; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience within an HR environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive and independent working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Temporary position with an expected duration of 1 year, extendable.
