What You'll Do

- Gather and analyse business requirements for AI-powered digital solutions
- Help shape conversational AI assistants and GenAI use cases
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
- Work closely with AI specialists, architects and developers
- Support prompt design and continuous optimisation of AI assistants
- Coordinate testing and user validation
- Help deliver AI projects from discovery through implementation
- Create documentation, training material and knowledge transfer
- Communicate AI capabilities to business stakeholders

What you bring

- Experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner or Solution Consultant




- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and GenAI
- Experience working on digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with conversational AI, Copilot, ChatGPT
- Familiarity with LLM solutions is a strong advantage
- Agile experience
- Python or SQL knowledge is appreciated but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills
- Curious
