As Growth Director Iberia, you will lead the regional growth strategy for Spain and Portugal, driving significant revenue expansion in a 150M+ ARR business.

You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Commercial Operations to translate global priorities into effective regional execution.

Based in Madrid or Barcelona with hybrid work, you shape how Sage scales in Iberia and delivers measurable impact.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with a mission to accelerate growth in a dynamic tech platform for SMBs.
