In this role you lead a multidisciplinary Office Capital Markets team in Madrid to drive strategic growth and maintain market leadership.

You will build partnerships with institutional investors and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles within commercial real estate, capital markets, or related fields
• Proven track record in people management, team development and performance leadership
• Strong network in Spain's institutional investment community
• Deep knowledge of office capital markets, investment strategies and transactions
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline; advanced degree or professional qualifications preferred
