In this role you will lead the design and delivery of rail civil infrastructure projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with EC offices to coordinate multi-centre projects and align design with client specs and standards. You drive design process management, risk mitigation, and resource optimization to meet timelines and budgets. This position offers exposure to complex, global projects and the opportunity to shape reliable rail infrastructure.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• +10 years of experience
• Extensive PM/DM experience in civil infrastructure with a focus on rails
• Strong leadership xqbhyrx and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• PMP certification would be an added advantage
• USA and Canada experience is a plus
