Experteer Overview
In this role you will advance Hitachi Energy’s distribution transformer design platform within the CDSe team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into features and verify implementations, while ensuring performance and reliability. You will test and validate transformer design parameters, provide end-user training, and leverage industry trends to continually improve the platform. This role offers impact through shaping transformer design tools for integral factories and customers, in a diverse, innovation-driven environment.

• Coordinate with Hub Engineering to accelerate CDS implementation in factories
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the platform
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in design of dry-type or liquid transformers
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, manufacturing, and testing of transformers
• Awareness of different transformer technologies
• Experience or interest in software development (macro development, Excel automation tools)
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong ownership
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills in English
