In this role you drive competitive, compliant compensation and benefits programs to support PSI’s strategic goals and talent needs. You will partner across Finance, Legal and HR to analyze, design and communicate pay and benefits on a global scale. Your work shapes how we attract and retain talent in a high-growth, regulated environment. You will lead data-driven decisions and continuous program improvements to bolster PSI’s people-centric culture.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Oversee day-to-day analysis, execution and communication of regional/global pay and benefits
• Support Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to align strategy with PSI culture and objectives
• Make data-based decisions on direct, indirect and non-financial compensation plans
• Assist Finance with budgets, year-end bonus processes and financial analysis of compensation and benefits
• Ensure compliance of programs with applicable laws and regulations in collaboration with Legal




• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing rates and benefits
• Conduct ongoing research on trends and best practices; assess competitors and recommend enhancements
• Provide subject matter expertise to key internal stakeholders on compensation and benefits issues

Responsabilidades
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-stakeholder collaboration
• Experience leading benefits and compensation design from concept to execution
• Benchmarking, job evaluation, salary banding and incentive compensation experience
• Proven global pay xqbhyrx market analysis and integral compensation plan development
• Familiarity with EU and Eastern Europe/Russia u0026 Ukraine labor legislation; Asia Pac a plus
• Experience in tech, CRO or pharma high-growth environments with global compensation programs (preferred)
• Workday/HRIS experience with Core and Advanced compensation modules
• Degree level education, ideally with postgraduate qualification in a related discipline
• Certified Compensation Professional certification an asset
