looking for a Customer Service Representative to support clients
with their insurance questions by phone and email . Your Tasks ?
Answer questions about different insurance coverages ? Help with
policy cancellations ? Support insurance brokers with their
inquiries ? Handle emails and incoming/outgoing calls ?‍♀️ Stay
calm and professional when dealing with customer concerns What




We’re Looking For ✔️ Fluent in German , both written and spoken ✔️
Good English skills (B2 level) ?️ Friendly and clear communication
