German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Professionally handle inbound customer inquiries via telephone and
digital channels. Assist customers with product-related questions
and provide effective troubleshooting solutions. Deliver top-notch
service while proactively identifying opportunities for
cross-selling or product upgrades. Collaborate with your team
members to consistently meet performance targets and high customer
satisfaction goals. Maintain a helpful and empathetic tone during
all interactions to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements Native-level proficiency in German . Excellent command
of English (C1 level).



Strong communication and interpersonal
skills with an empathetic approach. Customer-focused mindset with a
drive to find the best solutions. Basic computer literacy and the
ability to adapt to new internal systems. Previous experience in
customer service or sales is a plus, but not mandatory. What We
