Customer Service Representative — Banking (German +

Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic
on-site banking support team across two of Spain's most vibrant
cities. If you bring precision, warmth, and a flair for languages,
this role was made for you. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound
customer contacts in German for a leading banking client via phone,
email, and chat Assist customers with account queries,
transactions, complaints, and general banking services Work across
rotating shift patterns — morning (07:00–16:00), afternoon
(14:00–24:00), or night (22:00–07:00, Madrid only) Maintain
rigorous accuracy in case logging and follow escalation protocols
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism on every customer
interaction Stay current on banking products, services, and




compliance guidelines What We're Looking For: German at native or
near-native level (mandatory) Spanish at B2 level or above
Comfortable committing to rotating shifts, including nights if
based in Madrid Based in or relocating to Madrid or Valencia —
on-site role Customer service experience in banking or financial
