We are looking for a GTM Operations Manager to join an
international software company based in Barcelona on a 6-month
project with potential extension. This role will support
Revenue/Sales Operations initiatives across Sales, Marketing and
Customer Success, helping improve GTM processes, Salesforce
workflows and operational execution in a fast-paced SaaS
environment. Key Responsibilities Design and optimize end-to-end
GTM and Sales Operations processes. Define and maintain operational
policies, governance standards and pipeline management criteria.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to
improve execution and process adoption. Translate business
requirements into Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM-related improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams on prioritization, implementation
and rollout of process/tooling changes. Build and maintain
operational reporting and KPIs to identify risks, performance
trends and improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement
initiatives across Revenue/GTM Operations. Requirements 5+ years of
experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations
or similar roles. Track record leading cross-functional GTM
programs with clear business outcomes (e.g., improved conversion,
forecast accuracy, cycle time, retention/expansion). Proven ability
to design, document, and scale processes and policies across Sales,
Marketing, and Customer Success. Previous experience in
SaaS/software environments. Hands-on experience with Salesforce
(SFDC) and Clari. Familiarity with modern GTM tools is a plus.
Strong experience defining and improving business processes and
operational workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, including comfort working with messy data and translating
insights into action. Excellent stakeholder management and
communication skills; able to influence without authority and
understand change adoption. Ability to operate effectively in
fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Fluent English (C1 level or
