/li liProvide transparency of costs for software contracts and assure fair allocation of charges to BUs and Service owners based on software usage. /li liNegotiate successfully across the organization and with external suppliers/vendors constructively and collaboratively. /li liMaintain stakeholder community and enable information sharing environment. /li liProactively identify and drive initiatives to achieve software‑related savings, mitigate compliance risks, develop best practices and processes, continuously improve software asset management service and ensure compliance with budget and contractual requirements. /li liIdentify necessary changes and play a key role in complex software contract negotiations, manage demand and contract updates, liaise with external vendors, legal, contract and sourcing teams. /li liSupport day‑to‑day activities of the global SAM team. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of relevant proven experience with direct responsibility and hands‑on management of SAP software portfolio in an enterprise environment. /li liKnowledge of licensing for other software vendors is an advantage. /li liDirect involvement in negotiations with software vendors and contract management. /li liStrong understanding of license models, restrictions, benefits, optimization opportunities for SAP RISE. /li liActive hands‑on work with general SAM and SAP specific system measurement tools. /li liAdvanced hands‑on MS Excel skills; Power Query is a plus. /li liProfit and Loss (PL) calculations and accruals for cost impact. /li liFluent spoken and written English (strong B2+). /li /ul h3Personal Traits /h3 ul liAnalytical skills, financial and commercial acumen, attention to detail,
