Jouw Hoofdtaken
- Strategische Begeleiding: Leiden van nieuwe klanten door het gehele proces van het opzetten van hun digitale advertentiecampagnes (PPC).
- Adoptie & Upselling: Stimuleren van productadoptie, het minimaliseren van klantverloop in de opstartfase en het identificeren van vroege upselling-kansen.
- Probleemoplossing: Identificeren en wegnemen van obstakels tijdens de implementatiefase om een onmiddellijke positieve impact te garanderen.
- Databeheer: Nauwkeurig bijhouden en updaten van de klantgegevens en interacties in het CRM-systeem.
Functie-eisen
- Vloeiend Nederlands (C1/C2-niveau) is een absolute vereiste.
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal voor interne communicatie.
