assisting customers with insurance-related services. Answer calls
from consumers who have recently purchased an appliance and wish to
register it. Collect and confirm all necessary details to complete
the product registration. Explain the legal warranty terms,
introduce consumer insurance, and offer additional coverage
options. Apply effective sales techniques, address objections
professionally, and guide customers through the insurance process.
Maintain excellent customer service standards, adapt to changes,
and work towards set targets. Provide valuable feedback on process
improvements and best practices.



Ensure accurate data entry for
client registrations and insurance offerings. Follow compliance
guidelines and company policies. Your profile Fluent in French ,
with a good command of English and Spanish (B1 level) .
Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional approach.
Minimum 1 year of (tele)sales experience with strong negotiation
skills. Dynamic, detail-oriented, diplomatic , and an excellent
communicator. Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion
for delivering great customer service. Comfortable using Microsoft
