As Financial Planning Lead at AXA Partners, you drive financial strategy and reliable reporting across an international organisation. You will orchestrate planning cycles, deliver insightful analyses, and ensure timely financial communication to support growth and innovation. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Coordinate the annual financial scenario submission calendar and ensure timely delivery of financial instructions.
• Manage reminders and meeting schedules to meet closing deadlines using Teams/Consorep tools.
• Prepare Excel models and slides for country clearances and regional testing; adapt short Pu0026L reports for management needs.
• Update Excom and Group reporting slides to reflect scope.
• Monitor deadlines, identify bottlenecks,



and implement corrective actions to streamline processes.
• Handle ad hoc requests related to analysis, reporting, Phoenix extraction, and SharePoint updates.

Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree in management control/finance
• Approximately 5 years of experience in the insurance sector
• Strong mastery of management control techniques and financial analysis
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel; knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Magnitude and Essbase (Hyperion Oracle) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, curiosity, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in an international environment with rigor and organization
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and meet deadlines
