Business Analyst (Spain)
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in Spain. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, driving the definition and delivery of scalable, cloud‑based solutions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.
High English level is required.

- Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and refinement.
- Ensure requirements are clear, structured, testable, and aligned with business priorities.
- Maintain full requirements traceability from business needs to functional specifications and test cases.
- Produce and manage documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases, acceptance criteria).
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with solution design.
- Develop functional flows and use cases consistent with architecture and business requirements.
- Track requirements progress, quality, risks, and readiness.
- Manage change requests and perform impact analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps/SRE teams.
- Support solution design and feasibility analysis aligned with Azure‑based architectures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, including AI‑driven capabilities.
- Support testing and UAT to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Solution Analyst.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation,
and lifecycle management with traceability and structured frameworks.
- Use case modeling and specification standards.
- Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of the end‑to‑end IT delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Functions, Key Vault, APIM, Service Bus, etc.).
- Understanding of application architecture and front‑end/back‑end integration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into cloud‑native solution designs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have

- Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js) and .NET.
- Exposure to AI and emerging technologies (Azure AI, Generative AI, automation).
- Knowledge of Azure AI Search (semantic, vector, hybrid search) and intelligent content workflows.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.
