Experteer Overview
In this role you will spearhead data-driven decision support for a general AI advertising platform launching a new Sales Growth program. You’ll translate data into actionable insights, build scalable data models, and own dashboards that drive revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to shape forecasting, planning, and governance. This is a cross‑functional, impact‑oriented position at TP Barcelona, offering rapid growth in a strategic, data‑driven environment.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Expertise in data visualization platforms
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database design
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• High emotional intelligence
• C1 level of English
