We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead office fit-out, occupiers and retail construction projects. This is an ideal role for a quality driven professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /p ul liHelp to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. /li liCollaborate with the overall cross-functional project team /li liCheck contracts for services for commissions under your control are in place with all clients/sub-consultants in line with group policy. /li liProject planning, including advising the production of the detailed project plan. /li liAdvise upon the procurement of resources – design and construction. /li liMonitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance. /li liSet up and manage the change control process. /li liMonitor and advise upon project finances/budgets.



/li liAssist managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. /li liEnsure the production of formal project progress and other reports. /li liManage and monitor design team in accordance with commission scope. /li liManage and monitor contractor in accordance with commission scope. /li liDevelop appropriate contractor interface. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liYou have at least Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Construction Management or other relevant discipline. /li liMinimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. /li liPreferred background in Architecture. /li liStrong Design Management skills. /li liPreferably experienced in office fit-out, retail, automotive, hotels, pharma, etc. /li liExperience working in the Spanish market. /liliStrong stakeholder management and team-work skills. /li liGood written and reporting skills. /li liFluent English and Spanish. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
