Your Main Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting

- Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities
- Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy)
- Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria

Client Engagement & Follow-Up

- Schedule and lead discovery meetings
- Understand prospects' needs and challenges
- Demonstrate the added value of our services

Collaboration & Opportunity Handoff

- Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch
- Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs

Requirements
Your Profile
Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent in Spanish and English, French is a plus
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship,



apprenticeship, or first job)
- Customer-facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets

- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Active listening and proactive mindset
- Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships
