device connection issues ? Forward complex cases to the next level
of tech support ? Work with technicians to solve help tickets ?️
Manage your own list of support requests ?️ Keep clear records of




all interactions and updates ? Give feedback on support tools and

communication What We’re Looking For ?Proficiency in Dutch and good
level of English, both written and spoken ? High school diploma
(required) ?️ Strong communication skills ? Good problem-solving
