Join our IT ServiceDesk team in vibrant Barcelona! We’re looking for dedicated tech enthusiasts to provide exceptional support for our essential business services. As a vital part of our IT organization, you’ll tackle challenges, enhance your technical skills, and help keep our operations running smoothly, making a real difference behind the scenes!

THE JOURNEY

- Provide timely & effective support for all IT systems.

- Resolve Layer 1 and 2 level incidents and service requests.

- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.

- Administrate and operate different IT tools and systems.
