WORKING WITHIN THE TRAVEL DIVISION

- Working on a mixture of incoming and externally sourced leads, as well as referred private jet clients, to build a list of repeat travel customers.
- Demonstrating an expert understanding of the most suitable travel product for each customer, and making suitable recommendations.
- Managing travel bookings from enquiry to completion, and collaborating with other company departments to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
- Maintaining a “Customer First” attitude, and taking full ownership of our customers in-destination experience, which may involve working outside of regular hours to ensure all customer trips run successfully.
- Building and maintaining relationships with repeat clients, and pro-actively managing your customer list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) to drive loyalty and repeat business.




- Engaging with suppliers & partners to ensure you are able to provide the most suitable choices for the customer's requirements.
- Working towards exceeding daily, monthly & annual goals linked to both productivity and financial targets, and being able to collaborate, work as part of a team, and contribute towards a wider group collective.
- Following company procedure in a methodical and chronological way to ensure protection of both TTD and your clients.
- Working productively in what can sometimes be a pressurised environment, and making prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks.
- Representing the business externally at events with suppliers, customers & wider industry peers.
