Responsabilities
Under supervision coordinate all phases of special actions
Manage, together with the team, projects from conceptualization to final execution
Act as a point of contact between the client, creative teams and suppliers
Create and manage detailed budgets, ensuring profitability and approved compliance
Negotiate with suppliers and outsource services as required
Oversee the installation, assembly and disassembly of production elements
Study the impact of special actions, collecting key data and reporting to the client
Incorporate learnings to optimize future projects
Requirements
Student of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or related fields
Interest in the management and development of events, special actions, etc.
Attention to detail and responsibility
High communication and project management skills
Team work
Possibility of signing an internship agreement with a university or school
Experience in account management and/or digital projects will be a plus




High level of English
