AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full?time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II *********.
The starting date is 5th October **** until 1st October ****.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.
The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April **** until July ****.
What does this internship consist in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today.
It will be combined with an 11?month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October **** and will last 11 months.
It is a full?time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description
At A400 Embodiment & MRO Service Program (TASAR), we are responsible for the MRO contract management and monitoring, and the upgrade for in?service fleet with new capabilities.
Our customer?focused environment will be a tremendous learning theatre for the candidate.
The A400M MRO Program Office has two relevant dimensions in which the jobholder will enhance aviation business understanding:
New MRO/Upgrades offer process.




During this phase we are a key player to ensure future business capturing by consolidating the end?to?end costs and negotiating it with the final customer.
Contract management and monitoring.
Once the offer is signed, the entry into service and contract monitoring is our second strategic pillar.
The project/program management tools involve quality, time and cost controlling.
Roles and Responsibilities
We are raising a new project to enhance the quotation process in the new Upgrade offers.
Your responsibilities include:
Deployment of an optimized costing tool to assure a quicker and better integration of all stakeholders contribution, reducing human errors and facilitating strategic sensitivity analysis with different scenarios.
Project scheduling improvement for embodiment upgrade offers.
Optimization to automatize the scheduling through a specific project tool (Confluence or equivalent).
Participation and contribution to new Upgrade offers in preparation phase.

Required Skills
Degree in Business school or Engineering or equivalent.




Spanish and English are mandatory at negotiation level.
Good communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude.
Knowledge in programming languages.
