Required requirements:
Official Master's Degree in Molecular Genetics and/or Molecular and Cellular Biology
Two years of experience in scientific projects in the field of clinical genetics and omics technologies.
The main functions to be developed are:
Support in the tasks of monitoring the entry circuit, clinical cases and the handling, registration and traceability of samples associated with the IMPaCT-Genomics2 project, in accordance with the established procedures, following the guidelines and under the direct supervision of the Principal Investigator.
Supervised collaboration in the organization, updating and maintenance of databases containing clinical and genomic information of patients incorporated into the project, under the instructions of the Principal Investigator.
Supervised support in the preparation and preliminary technical review of genetic data, including exomes and functional validation or cell expression studies, for subsequent evaluation or re-evaluation by the Principal Investigator or by the responsible research or clinical staff.
Participation and collaboration,



under the direct and continuous supervision of the Principal Investigator, in tasks supporting bioinformatics analysis and in the preparation of technical information derived from the genomic data generated, as well as in its correlation with targets and cell biology models within the framework of the project.
Support in technical and operational communication with the healthcare centers and sequencing platforms involved in the consortium, in accordance with the instructions of the Principal Investigator and without assuming structural coordination functions.
Support in logistical organization, preparation of documentation and preparation of minutes for periodic case evaluation meetings, as well as participation in the working groups derived from the project in a technical support capacity, under the coordination of the Principal Investigator.
Provision of technical assistance in the preparation of support materials for translation, transfer, dissemination and scientific outreach activities of the IMPaCT-Genomics2 project, always under the prior validation and supervision of the Principal Investigator.
