To strengthen our local team in Spain, we are looking for an Inside Sales & Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to join us on a full-time basis in Barcelona, Tarragona or Alicante, Spain.

Your tasks

- You drive the development and growth of our C-customer business, from quotation preparation to price management
- You support our sales team in looking after A- and B-customers, including processing enquiries, preparing quotations, and administrative tasks
- You handle receivables management and complaint processing
- You ensure smooth order processing – from delivery date monitoring to order confirmations and invoicing
- In addition,



you coordinate transport and freight forwarding orders (including hazardous goods transport) and the related documentation

Your profile

- Completed commercial training or comparable experience in sales and/or customer service, including experience in conducting price negotiations
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills, an open personality, and a strong team spirit
- Hands-on mentality paired with a structured, goal-oriented way of working and analytical thinking
- Business fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
