We’re on the hunt for the next star addition to our team: Customer Success Manager – Full Cycle for the DACH market .

We are Sesame HR , the digital solution that helps HR teams, managers, and companies streamline people management processes—all in one platform.

This is a full-cycle Customer Success role , where you’ll own the entire customer journey : onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and growth.

You’ll have full ownership of your client portfolio and a direct impact on their success .

What we’re looking for:

Technical / professional requirements

- 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management in digital / SaaS environments

- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)

- Experience managing a client portfolio and building long-term relationships

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Fluent or native Germam and professional Spanish or English

✨ Bonus points if you have:

- Previous experience in SaaS or tech companies

- Knowledge of HR processes or HR Tech

- Experience leading client onboarding

- Experience in international environments

- Additional language skills

What you’ll do at Sesame HR:

- Lead the complete onboarding of assigned clients





- Train clients on platform setup and usage

- Ensure proper activation and adoption of the product

- Build long-term, trustful client relationships

- Continuously monitor to guarantee satisfaction, retention, and growth

- Identify risks and opportunities within your portfolio

- Collaborate across Sales, Support, and other teams

- Track and report on customer success KPIs
