reports. About the role At Grupo Tier1, currently part of Alkemy
Group, we are looking for an IT Support Technician (Executive,
In-Plant) to provide high-level onsite support at our client’s
offices in Alcobendas. We are seeking someone with experience in
onsite IT support, accustomed to delivering close,
solution-oriented, and professional service, especially in
demanding corporate environments and when supporting
executive-level users. What do we value? Experience in onsite IT
support Solid knowledge of Google Workspace Familiarity with Apple
environments, especially macOS and iOS Experience with Jamf, Apple
Business Manager, Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM is a plus English

Provide onsite support to end users at the client’s location
Administer Google Workspace and support tools such as Gmail, Drive,
Calendar, and Google Meet Configure and support Apple devices
Deploy and image Windows 11 equipment Provide support for meeting
rooms and videoconferencing systems Manage and track incidents
