In this role, you drive end-to-end process improvement with a focus on automation and AI within HR and payroll operations. You will design scalable, data-driven solutions, partnering with IT and stakeholders to rollout changes across near-shoring and offshoring contexts. You help reduce manual work, introduce intelligent automation, and support decision-making with insights. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you shape how processes evolve to meet future needs. You will thrive in a digital environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Innovate, standardise and automate transactional processes to cut manual actions
• Identify AI and data-driven opportunities to enhance process insights and automation
• Analyse, improve and implement processes and tools to optimise workload for clients and internal teams
• Own end-to-end delivery: business analysis, IT collaboration, rollout, and follow-up




• Build stakeholder buy-in and lead change initiatives
• Monitor process standards using Lean methodology
• Collaborate with a near-shore/off-shore extended workforce
• Challenge current methods and propose scalable, out-of-the-box improvements

Responsabilidades
• Digital and AI-literate mindset
• Knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Automate, Power BI
• Experience in defining/improving process flows and setting up chatbots
• Analytical skills xqbhyrx with ability to translate data into insights and optimisations
• Creative, inquisitive thinker who seeks innovative solutions
• Eager to learn, experiment with pilots/POCs, and push boundaries
• Independent, yet strong team player, adaptable to change and pressure
• Experience or affinity with payroll administration, social legislation and/or IT
• Experience with change and stakeholder management
• Fluent French and English; Spanish is a plus
