Participate in university career fairs and events to promote Centific as an employer of choice. /li liDevelop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand in the European market.



/li liDefine standards for the employee lifecycle and employee experience, ensuring a consistent and positive approach across countries. /li liOversee the effective use of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) to support people strategy, reporting, and decision‑making. /li liAnalyze HR data and KPIs (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement, performance trends) to assess impact and guide leadership decisions. /li liPrepare and present HR insights and reports to regional and integral stakeholders. /li liPartner with leadership and hiring managers on workforce planning and headcount strategy across assigned locations. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a regional or multi‑country HR role, preferably within a multinational environment. /li liStrong understanding of Spanish labor law and experience working with similar European jurisdictions. /li liProficiency in HRIS and HR tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter). /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
