As the technical authority for OT security at Liebherr, you will own the ICS Blueprint and shape the Global OT reference architecture. You’ll govern OT network design and site-level approvals, driving secure deployments across multiple production sites. You’ll lead cross-domain collaboration with Cyber Security and regional ICS specialists to ensure alignment with industry standards and bold transformation initiatives. This role offers high impact in safeguarding industrial environments while enabling scalable, secure digital factory initiatives. You will work in Madrid with a hybrid model, traveling up to 25% when needed to sites worldwide.

• Own and maintain the Liebherr ICS Blueprint as the binding standard for OT network architecture, segmentation, and hardening
• Review and approve high-level and low-level OT network designs for new sites
• Lead site assessments, risk prioritization, and remediation planning
• Evaluate OEM/vendor network architectures prior to integration
• Govern OT segmentation design in collaboration with Network Security
• Act as principal technical authority for the Secure Digital Factory service
• Define OT security specifications for new procurement
• Support transformational OT Security projects with architecture leadership for scalable tooling across multi-site environments
• Ensure OT security architectures align with IEC 62443, NIST CSF 2.0, NIS2, CRA, and sector frameworks
• Provide technical guidance to regional ICS Specialists for site-level engagement and oversight
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of OT/ICS security or industrial network engineering experience
• Hands-on work in production or manufacturing environments
• Deep knowledge of OT protocols: IEC 60870/61850, Modbus, DNP3, PROFINET, xqbhyrx EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA, BACnet
• Experience designing OT network architecture using the Purdue model
• Working knowledge of IEC 62443 and its production application
• Experience conducting OT security assessments
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present to engineers and senior stakeholders
• Travel up to 25% of the time
