As part of a strategic growth project, they are looking for a Customer Service Manager (O2C) to lead customer service operations for the German market while driving operational excellence, process standardization, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives. /ph3Your Mission /h3pYou will be responsible for leading Customer Service and Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and strong cross-functional collaboration across the business. You will manage customer service teams while acting as a key partner for Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics and other internal stakeholders. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and develop Customer Service teams within the Shared Services Center. /liliManage day-to-day Customer Service and O2C operations. /liliEnsure achievement of SLAs, KPIs and service quality targets. /liliOversee order management, pricing, invoicing,
