You will be responsible for identifying friction points and unmet needs to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction across our customer-facing platform. /p h3bYOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: /b /h3 ul liEnd to end own and continuously improve key parts of the rider journey. /li liIdentify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback. /li liDrive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. /li liTranslate business goals and user insights into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunities /li liValidate ideas through experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making. /li liBalance short-term wins with long-term platform improvements. /li liBuild strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teams /li liAlign stakeholders around clear goals and success metrics. /li liCommunicate vision, progress, and trade-offs effectively. /li /ul h3bTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: /b /h3 ul li7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc /li liStrong, proven experience with discovery and delivery. Proficient experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform and drive product decisions /li liA passion for creating simple, user-friendly, and highly effective products. /li liExceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate user problems, data evidence, target audience and suggested solutions.
